Remote: Office Not Required
Remote: Office Not Required
by Jason Fried & David Heinemeier Hansson
Remote: Office Not Required is by the developers of Basecamp, the web-based project management tool, who have successfully used remote workers around the world. This is a book for employees hoping to persuade their boss to let them work from home, or business owners toying with the idea of remote working.
It’s conversational and concise, and presents a convincing argument. Each chapter consists of short – less than two pages – sections with full page illustrations in between so it doesn’t take long to read. As it has a price tag of £10.99 I suggest you borrow a copy from the library unless you intend to refer to it repeatedly.
