Launching All Things Bright & Good
After lots of work behind the scenes we’re at last ready to launch our new lifestyle blog:
All Things Bright & Good – a lovely life for less.
Don’t worry, WfHW is going strong and after all the effort we’ve put in over the last 5 years to make it a high ranking and well-respected blog, we’re certainly not giving up now!
It’s the fact that we’ve so much enjoyed building WFHW that led to the idea for the new blog. We felt it was time to look outside the home office as well, at the many things that make life enjoyable and fulfilling outside work.
All Things Bright & Good is all about making discerning choices that result in having less stress, less effort, less spending, less waste and less stuff. We strongly believe that working from home is a huge step towards having a lovely life for less and that our two blogs will spark off each other to the benefit of both.
Bright & Good is for you if you:
– enjoy slowing down to appreciate the good things in life
– are discerning about what you spend and where
– like finding easier, quicker ways to do all the day-to-day jobs.
I’ve found inspiration in lots of places, such as blogs I follow and my own interests in clothes, making a home, buying responsibly and finding nice things to do at the weekend. I’m having fun starting to learn how to use a smartphone camera, although as you’ll see from my efforts, I have a way to go :-/
I’m looking forward to sharing shops, events, makers and information, and to hearing about your own recommendations. I’m delighted to have already been offered a guest post from a new reader who feels Bright & Good chimes perfectly with his own views and interests.
So from today we are running Work from Home Wisdom and All Things Bright & Good in tandem. Please pop over and have a look, and like us on Facebook. It’s going to be interesting having two lots of social media to juggle!
Don’t forget my long-suffering one-man IT department is Andy of See a Man About a Blog, who helps clients in all sorts of industries start and develop their blogs and their businesses. I write posts for lifestyle and small business blogs as well as my own, so do get in touch if you’d like help with your own project.
