#WfHTechWeek – home office tech, plus competition

Tell us your favourite bit of home office tech to enter

Next week will be #WfHTechWeek on the blog

All our posts and many of my tweets will be about getting the best from your home office tech.

Although it’s technology that allows so many of us to work from home, I’d guess that the vast majority of home workers (techies not included, of course!) aren’t particularly interested in home office tech for its own sake.

They want to be able to do their work quickly and effectively, but they don’t actively research new developments or experiment much outside their comfort zone.

So I hope that during #WfHTechWeek you’ll pick up some useful pointers for new gadgets and apps that will help you be more productive. And to make sure it’s fun we’re going to run a competition to win a cheeky monkey 16GB USB.

The prize

What you have to do
All you have to do to enter is comment on any of the #WfHTechWeek posts, telling us what your favourite piece of home working tech is and why. Or if you prefer you can tweet a picture of it with the hashtag #WfHTechWeek and your reason.


The small print
To enter you must be over 18 and a resident of the UK. The competition runs from Monday 7 April until 9 pm on Friday 11 April and only one entry will be considered per home worker. The competition will be judged by the WfHW one man IT department Andy Britnell of See a Man About a Blog.

I will inform the lucky winner by email on Monday 14 April and you must reply by Monday 12 May in order to claim your prize.

The name of the winner will be announced on the blog, and the prize delivered, after the winner has contacted us. So the sooner you respond the sooner I can order your cheeky monkey and send it on its way!
