Work from home wardrobe – are you dressed for a Skype call?

Today we have a video blog by Samantha Clarke of Zukuri UnLtd, who helps businesswomen to create a work from home wardrobe that makes them feel confident, professional and attractive. In this video Samantha gives some tips that will help you feel confident enough in your appearance to accept a spontaneous Skype call whenever a client or prospective client suggests it. Does that sound like a familiar scenario? I know it is for me!

What’s in your work from home wardrobe?

Sam is planning to create a cost-effective product to help women who work from home develop their style and wardrobes. She would love to get your insight on your work from home wardrobes, how you feel about clothes, which items you’re investing in and the kind of help you need with your style.

She’s looking for just 20 to 30 minutes of your time, and in return you will get a free style clarity session with her to help you with any immediate problems you’re having. Numbers are limited so get in touch immediately if you’d like to take part – places are going to get snapped up very quickly!

For skype calls as long as you are siting down, I only dress the top half, is this what I Have been doing wrong ?

I’m sure you haven’t, Jonathan, and you may be an interesting exception, in that maybe your clients quite like to see you looking a bit dishevelled to reassure them you are a hands-in-the-soil kind of guy 🙂

In my defence it was summer, so I did dress the to half, the rest I just piped on a pair of shorts.
