I used to rent a city centre flat in Crawley a few years ago. I was always worried that my landlord would sell the place, and I was never really comfortable running my business from the flat even though my landlord was OK with this. We moved to Shropshire a couple of years ago, buying our new house just before the credit crunch would have made it impossible for us to get a mortgage, so well timed. Now I'm much more relaxed about working form home. Just have to worry about paying the mortgage each month! Dave. Hi,
